Duty Manager

  • Ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency at front office
  • Diploma with 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in the hospitality industry
  • Able to lead and relate to staff at all levels
  • Independent and charming personality with a flair for guest service

Security Officer

  • Perform security duties including patrolling and manning of security checkpoint
  • ‘N’ levels with valid security licence
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition

Assistant Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable)

  • Perform accounts payable duties including processing of payments and maintaining of records
  • ‘O’ levels or accounting certificate with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Team-player with effective time management and organizing skills

Guest Services Executive (Lobby Shop)

  • Manage retail operations of the lobby shop to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction target
  • ‘O’ levels with 3 years’ experience in retail outlet management/operations

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Assistant Spa Manager

  • Assisting the Spa Manager, the candidate is responsible for managing the spa operations and meeting the revenue and profit targets
  • Diploma with 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the spa and/or beauty industries
  • A natural leader, highly communicative to lead and motivate staff
  • Customer-centric with an eye for detail

Assistant Reservations Manager

  • Responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager in the supervision of all reservation activities to achieve the highest possible occupancy percentage for the purpose of maximising room revenue

Conference and Catering Sales Manager

  • Responsible for the identification, pursuit and generation of new clientele
  • Degree/diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality and/or catering industry
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possesses initiative and drive as well as results-oriented in a fast paced environment

Sales Manager

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining market profile for the assigned sectors
  • Degree/diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record. Preferably with an established network of corporate accounts
