- Responsible for the quality of food served in our food & beverage outlets and banquet events
- Diploma in culinary skills with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Good leadership skills
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Responsible for sales of wedding events and packages (including conceptualising, coordinating and executing all related activities)
- Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, and/or events management industry
- Dynamic and results-driven
- High level of initiative and creativity
- Perform security duties including patrolling and manning of security checkpoint
- ‘N’ levels with valid security licence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
