Assistant Restaurant Manager (Chinese Restaurant)

  • Manage outlet operations to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets
  • ‘O’ levels with 5 years’ relevant experience in Cantonese cuisine
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dynamic with flair for fine service

Guest Relations Executive

  • Welcome/engage the hotel guests and manage their needs and expectations
  • ‘O’ levels with 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Customer-centric and people-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is an added advantage)

Assistant Executive Housekeeper

  • Assisting the Department Head, the candidate is responsible for the full spectrum of Housekeeping activities
  • Diploma/’O’ levels with 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail

Maintenance Manager

 

  • Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the candidate is responsible for the full spectrum of Engineering-related activities (including managing day-to-day operations and liaising with business partners on hotel maintenance projects)
  • Diploma in engineering (electrical, mechanical or building services) with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail

 

Assistant Reservations Manager

  • Responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager in the supervision of all reservation activities to achieve the highest possible occupancy percentage for the purpose of maximising room revenue
  • Diploma/”A” levels with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Customer-centric and meticulous with an eye for detail

Sales/Conference Co-ordinator

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Diploma/”A” levels with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with effective time management

Conference and Catering Sales Manager

  • Responsible for the identification, pursuit and generation of new clientele
  • Degree/diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality and/or catering industry
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possesses initiative and drive as well as results-oriented in a fast paced environment

Sales Manager

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining market profile for the assigned sectors
  • Degree/diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record. Preferably with an established network of corporate accounts
