This Easter, the brunch features freshest catch of the ocean such as succulent oysters, slipper lobsters, crabs and prawns. The lavish international buffet selection includes roasted Wagyu beef rump with herbs and spices with red wine sauce, hot and sour seafood soup, steamed snapper with soya, roast duck fried rice with XO sauce, roasted new potato with thyme, pallak paneer and tandoori meats with freshly baked naans. Indulge in irresistible canapé selection such as carrot panna cotta mille feulille, crab cocktail, salmon “tiramisu” and wagyu tataki. Tuna with wasabe macaroon and foie poelee with fizzy Kyoho grapes are highlights from The Cliff not to be missed while Quinoa salad with octopus confit and the perfect egg with tarragon espuma are specials from The Garden to titillate your tastebuds. 

Live stations include steamed prawn in Chinese herbs and freshly baked Easter muffins. At the barbecue, servings of sizzling rib-eye beef, pork sausages, salmon fillet and boneless lamb leg cutlet add to the overall culinary journey. Tempting desserts include fragrantly baked Easter breads and sponge cakes and all-time favourite chocolate profieroles and hot chocolate pudding. 

With an array of award-winning cheeses from France, Italy and England, cheese-lovers will be spoilt for choice. Guests can also look forward to a free flow of Duval Leroy champagne, Old and New World wines, as well as juices and soft drinks to complement the delightful brunch.

Children will have their own brand of fun in a specially decorated function room with Children’s Buffet and creative pursuits. Delicious mini chicken hotdogs and junior burgers, French fries and wedges, cookies, chocolate brownies and pop-corn are but part of the spread. The favourite time for the little ones must be during pizza making when they prepare their favourite pizza flavours and toppings, and proudly present their creation to mums and dads. 

Exclusively for Easter, exciting activities such as Easter egg hunt, egg painting and bouncy castle are specially arranged for the occasion.
