This Mother’s Day, the brunch features freshest catch of the ocean such as succulent oysters, slipper lobsters, crabs and prawns. The lavish international buffet selection includes roasted Wagyu beef rump with herbs and spices with red wine sauce, crispy cod wrapped in brique pastry, steamed seabass with spicy sour broth, five spiced beef short rib with kumquat chutney, stir-fried glutinous rice with Chinese sausages and mushrooms, Bhuna Gosth (thick and spicy lamb curry) and Adraki Malabar (roasted ginger-flavoured whole fish). For more exotic Indian delights, tandoori meat with hot naan bread is a must-try. Indulge in irresistible canapé selection such as scallop with US asparagus, cured salmon with lemon puree, prawn cocktail, tuna tataki with pickled apple and beef tataki with hellfire radish. Signatures from The Cliff, pan-fried foie gras, and The Garden, “chicken rice bites”, promise to titillate your tastebuds and are not to be missed. 

At the barbecue, servings of sizzling rib-eye beef, pork sausage, salmon and snapper fillets, squid and boneless lamb leg cutlet add to the overall culinary journey. Live stations include steamed drunken prawn and heart-shaped fragrantly baked cupcake especially for mum. Tempting desserts include chocolate fondue, macaroons, cookies, pralines, shooters, tarts and gateaux. 

With an array of award-winning cheeses from France, Italy and England, cheese-lovers will be spoilt for choice. Guests can also look forward to a free flow of Duval Leroy champagne, Old and New World wines, as well as juices and soft drinks to complement the delightful brunch.

Children will have their own brand of fun in a specially decorated function room with Children’s Buffet and creative pursuits.  Delicious mini chicken hotdogs, mini junior hamburgers, French fries, wedges, pizzas, pasta, chocolate brownies and pop-corns are but part of the spread. They will also have fun with bouncy castle and balloon sculpting.
