Spa Botanica Singapore provides information and etiquette regarding treatment hours, amenities, payments, gift certificates and much more for guests who visit and indulge in the luxury spa.

 

reservations
Guests are recommended to make advance booking prior to their arrival, to secure the preferred date and time of treatment. Credit card details are required at the time of booking.

Packages and signature treatments indicate treatment times only.


arrival
Please arrive at the spa reception 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment without any reduced treatment time.

Guests who are visiting the spa for the first time are entitled to a 15-minute health consultation before their spa regime.


etiquette
We respectfully request all guests to help us maintain the peaceful serenity of the spa by keeping noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Pets are not permitted at the spa. Please refrain from taking photographs at the spa.


amenities
Toiletries along with disposable underwear, robe and slippers are provided for guests’  convenience. Please bring your swimwear if you are using the outdoor spa facilities.


valuables
A vanity box is provided for safe-keeping your personal belongings upon check-in. Please secure it in the personal locker assigned to you in the changing room. The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.


spa treatment hours
The spa is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Last treatment ends at 9.30pm. The use of spa gardens is from 10am to 6.30pm daily.


smoking and alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited within the spa premises. Guests should avoid the consumption of alcohol before any spa treatment.


minimum age
A minimum age of 18 years old is required for entry and use of the outdoor spa facilities.  Selected treatments are available for teenagers aged between 14 to 17 years old and they must be accompanied by a parent in the same  treatment room.


special considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please inform your spa therapist of any medical condition prior to the treatment.


heat treatments
We recommend guests to take up only one heat treatment per day and to refrain from any vigorous activities for at least one hour after the treatment. Guests are advised to drink plenty of water and to allocate an hour after meals prior to any heat treatments.


cancellation policy
A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for us to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will apply for a “no-show” without advance notice.


payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted at the spa. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Prices are correct at the time of printing and subject to change without prior notice.


refund policy
All purchases are non-refundable.


gift certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the  spa. Please approach the spa reception for more information.


shuttle services
Shuttle services to Spa Botanica are available for guests from VivoCity at HarbourFront every half hourly from 7.30am
to 11.00pm and from Paragon Shopping Centre at Orchard Road at 10.45am, 2.45pm and 6.45pm.
